<p> <span>“赤膊墙”一直以来是影响我区农村环境的一大顽疾，严重制约着全区美丽乡村建设水平。近年来，全区上下齐心协力、综合推进，有针对性地开展了多轮农村“赤膊墙”集中整治，取得了一定成效。截至目前，全区已累计粉刷“赤膊房”8715幢。</span> </p>
<p> <span>“当前我区‘赤膊墙’整治工作还存在工作力度不平衡、推进不平衡、整治标准不高、与上级要求还存在较大差距等问题。”余龙华指出，各乡镇（街道）务必高度重视，从讲政治的高度和敢担当、能担当、善担当的高度，迅速行动，全力打好“赤膊墙”歼灭战。</span> </p>
<p> <span>余龙华强调，要树立最铁的态度。各级各部门尤其是航埠、石梁、万田、九华4个乡镇要进一步明确任务、压实责任、集中力量，有重点地分步推进农村“赤膊墙”整治工作。要拿出最快的速度。这次“赤膊墙”整治的目标是大干三个月，确保</span> </p>
<p> <span>消灭道路（流域）沿线可视范围内的“赤膊墙”。各乡镇（街道）要紧盯目标不放松，以万九线、苦狮线、花木线、石华线、石梁溪、庙源溪沿线可视范围内的“赤膊墙”为重点，以点带面，迅速行动，加快整治进度。要采取最硬的手段。要用活政策，强化督查，严格考核，健全一周一督查、一月一通报机制，以考核为抓手倒逼工作推进。要凝聚最强的力量。坚持条块结合、以块为主，突出党员干部带头，动员全员参与，形成全社会参与“赤膊墙”整治的强大声势。要取得最好的效果。把“赤膊墙”整治与“两美”建设、“一县一带”、民宿发展以及“五四三”、小城镇综合整治、“一村万树”等工作有机结合起来，高起点、高标准、高质量做好综合设计，务求体现地域特色、乡土特色和人文特色。</span></p>
