<p> <span>黎耀富是“淘宝村”———衢化街道缸窑村的“当家人”。3月1日上午，来自街道和村里的百余位党员志愿者在缸窑村电子商务园附近的一处空地上忙得热火朝天。他们手拿铁锹、锄头等工具，两人一组，挖坑、扶苗、培土，栽下一株株浙江楠、山樱花等树苗，助力“两美”建设。“我感觉种树对周边环境、空气质量改善会很大，老百姓走到这个环境里面心情都要好起来。”听说有植树活动，村民张建云主动报名加入种树队伍，为村庄环境改善出一份力。</span> </p>
<p> <span>“这块空地经常有偷倒垃圾现象发生。”黎耀富口中说的这块地，原先是一处砖瓦厂，厂房拆除后，土地一直处于闲置状态，又临近46省道连接线，乱倾倒的垃圾影响沿线环境美观。随着全区“一村万树”行动的陆续铺开，缸窑村也积极向街道和林业部门争取支持和帮助，确定栽种浙江楠、山樱花等树苗1万株，率先在衢化街道开展“一村万树”行动。</span> </p>
<p> <span>“种树就是种银行，种树就是种幸福。”黎耀富说，这些树苗经过两三年的生长后，每株能卖到160至180元，村集体的“钱袋子”也会跟着鼓起来。植树结束后，整个村庄将形成四周环树、村树融合的景观，大大提升村庄的整体环境，提升村民们的幸福感。“对啊，到时还能起到筑巢引凤的良性效应，环境好了，会有越来越多的人到村里投资创业。”一旁的衢化街道办事处副主任祝骏介绍，衢化街道7个行政村的“一村万树”行动已全面铺开，将有效提升衢化街道乡村环境面貌，推进“两美”建设如火如荼开展。</span></p>
