<p> <span>江山港柯城段起自华墅乡龙泉头村，流经华墅乡和双港街道，与常山港汇入衢江。该河道全长约6公里，共设区级河长4名、乡级河长2名、村级河长6名，公安部门配套设置河道警长6名，实现基层河长全覆盖、警长保驾护航的河长架构。</span> </p>
<p> <span>“河道目前还有什么问题需要协调解决的吗？”“沿岸有几个入河排水口？”徐登富沿着堤岸徒步巡查河道，查看河长公示牌，并不时停下脚步发问。在龙泉头村临近河滩一侧，一处简易管理用房存在生活污水直排内河情况。“没有处理的污水绝对不能排入河道，马上落实整改！”徐登富现场开出“问题清单”，交办给随行的乡村级河长，要求全力予以整改整治。</span> </p>
<p> <span>全长约1公里的江山港华墅段尽收眼底，在华墅乡望江村，清清的水面泛起阵阵涟漪，徐登富高兴地说：“水治好了，可以适当考虑培育点业态，通过治水造景实现强村富民。”</span> </p>
<p> <span>“担任河长最怕什么？”来到双港街道香格里拉小区排水口附近，徐登富向正在巡河的村级河长了解一线治水经验。“最怕排污和偷倒垃圾。”双港街道南村村村级河长回答说，河道的主要污染为沿线居民的生活垃圾和上游的漂浮垃圾。“剿灭劣V类水，清淤很重要。”徐登富指出，全国都在推广“河长制”，基层一线河长要勤于巡河，善于发现问题，排查原因，积极协调解决。</span> </p>
<p> <span>“问题在河里，根子在岸上。”徐登富要求，要结合实施“河湖库塘”清污（淤）泥工程，因地制宜、有计划地抓好农村、城镇小微水体清污（淤）泥整治，打响剿灭劣V类水体大会战。</span></p>
