<p><span> 会上，区委书记徐利水代表区委常委班子作对照检查，区委常委班子成员分别作批评和自我批评。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐一平对我区区委常委班子民主生活会表示充分肯定。他说，区委常委班子对这次会议认真对待、认真准备、认真对照检查，政治站位高，开展批评与自我批评到位实在，能够联系工作实际谈思想，政治意识、大局意识、核心意识、看齐意识在发言全过程得到了充分体现。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐一平指出，民主生活会是推动工作的“加油站”“维修站”“服务区”。通过民主生活会，柯城区委和常委在今后工作中要一如既往、全身心地把加强党的建设放在更加突出的位置，抓紧抓好，抓出成效。要激发干事创业的主动性和积极性，敢担当、善担当，树立“小球围着大球转、小手牵着大手走”的理念，对标看齐，主动对接，坚持市区一体推动工作。要更加注重自身建设，做到理论学习更加刻苦全面系统、自身修养更加严格严谨、廉洁自律更加落细落实落小，成为“四个意识”强、“四个方面”合格的带头人，争取党风廉政建设各方面工作走在全省前列。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水表示，区委常委班子将进一步强化“四种意识”特别是核心意识、看齐意识，坚定理想信念，在思想上政治上行动上坚定不移地同以习近平同志为核心的党中央保持高度一致，把讲政治、讲大局、讲忠诚、讲核心、讲看齐、讲规矩、讲纪律、讲市区一体真正内化于心、外化于行，成为自觉行动。班子成员要率先垂范、以身作则，与省委、市委保持高度一致，在市区一体中找准定位、选准路子、精准发力，展现作为与担当，充分发挥好主城区和领导干部的作用。要强化党的建设，以党建统领柯城发展大局，真正发挥党建的核心作用，构建大党建格局、大督考体系。要强化从严管党，严守纪律规矩底线，严格落实党风廉政建设主体责任，层层传导压力责任。要强化干事担当，以崭新的状态、翻篇归零的心态投入经济社会发展大局，营造比学赶超的干事创业氛围，推动柯城经济社会实现创新跨越，使柯城成为衢州名副其实的主城区、“主客厅”，为衢州成为全省经济发展新的增长点作出积极贡献。</span></p>
