<p><span> 该项目由浙江正泰新能源开发有限公司投资建设，规划利用九华乡至万田乡之间的低丘缓坡，修建160MW 光伏电站，并依托光伏电站、农林植被以及山林水泽景观等旅游资源，建设集农业采摘、运动体验、休闲度假、科教娱乐等功能于一体的近郊运动休闲乐园。</span> </p>
<p><span> “现在建设进展到哪一步了？”“目前还面临什么困难？”方庆建一行来到项目升压站建设现场，听取项目负责人介绍，深入了解项目建设进度、技术参数等情况，协调推进项目建设。</span> </p>
<p><span> 在随后召开的座谈会上，方庆建召集项目业主、相关乡镇和部门负责人围绕土地指标、政策处理等项目面临的重难点问题进行了交流发言，研究加快推进的措施和办法。方庆建</span> </p>
<p><span> 指出，正泰160MW 光伏生态公园项目投资大、任务重、时间紧，涉及面广，又面临政策窗口调整期，要进一步解放思想，加快研究推进办法，强化实绩导向，坚持以结果论英雄，发力冲刺，积极抢抓政策机遇，加大工作力度，全力推进项目建设。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建强调，要坚持问题导向，抓好政策处理，加快土地流转。九华、万田两个乡要加快土地流转扫尾工作进度，及时做好土地清表等工作，确保项目业主按时进场施工； 正泰公司要尽快明确用地界限，合理安排施工时序，做到边进场边施工，同时抓紧对接做好塔基等政策协调处理；规划、国土、农办、电力、林业等部门要继续当好“店小二”，为项目建设做好服务保障； 发改部门要落实专人持续做好协调、服务等工作，确保项目建设顺利推进。</span></p>
