<p><span> 据了解，柯城区法学会实行“人民团体性质、社会团体管理、政法委主管”的管理体制，并按照自身特点，依法独立自主地开展活动。法学会成立后，将推动我区法学者和实务工作者的交流与合作，促进我区法</span> </p>
<p><span> 学事业发展，为建设“平安柯城”、构建和谐社会提供全面法律服务。截至目前，区法学会共吸纳个人会员64名。</span> </p>
<p><span> 余龙华指出，成立法学会是坚持依法治国、依法治区的需要，是深化“平安柯城”建设的需要，也是做好法律实践应用研究的需要。各相关单位要提高认识，突出重点，充分认清成立法学会的重要意义，充分发挥法学会的职能作用。区法学会要强化学习，不断加强自身建设，充分发挥党委、政府决策的参谋助手作用，法学、法律工作者的桥梁纽带作用，民主法制建设的宣传引导作用和培养法学研究队伍的平台作用，真正建成法学、法律工作者之家。</span></p>
