<p><span> 调研期间，省调研组对照测评体系，通过实地走访、查看资料、座谈交流等方式，全面了解我区创建省示范文明城区工作情况，查找存在的问题，并对进一步提升创建水平提出了意见建议。</span> </p>
<p><span> 省调研组认为，柯城区作为衢州市主城区，不仅开展了省示范文明城区创建，还承担了衢州市创建全国文明城市提名城市的主战场任务，做了大量工作，取得了明显成效，主要体现在：领导重视，创建机制进一步完善；强化整治，创建基础进一步扎实；创新载体，创建品牌进一步提升；全员参与，创建氛围进一步浓厚。但对照测评体系，柯城在公共设施、公共安全、公共管理、居民文明素质、公益广告等方面还存在薄弱环节。</span> </p>
<p><span> 针对我区下阶段的创建工作，省调研组指出，要凝聚更大的创建合力，着力加强市区两级联动，发挥职能部门的合力作用、镇街的中坚作用和单位的助力作用，切实处理好指标文明与评价文明、阶段性与长期性、城与乡的关系。要不断提升居民文明素质，深入开展以“礼让斑马线”为重点的文明出行活动，深化“最美浙江人”文明实践活动，促进老城区居民生活习惯的改变。要着力提升城市文化品味，打造自然景观文化，塑造人文景观文化，加快文化设施建设。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建表示，调研组对柯城创建工作进行了专业性、指导性的点评，深入分析了工作亮点和存在问题，明确提出了具体要求。下一步，柯城将按照调研组提出的意见，对照省示范文明城区标准，坚持问题导向、目标导向、责任导向，鼓足干劲、克难攻坚、狠抓落实，确保整治到位，全面推进文明创建。要聚焦短板，突出抓好问题攻坚；要彰显特色，全力打造特色亮点；要落实保障，确保工作一以贯之，全力以赴推进省示范文明城区创建工作再上新台阶。</span></p></div>
