<p><span> 上午，方庆建和副区长毛志宏实地踏勘了万九线二期（G351国道衢州连接线）和农村公路新改建工程（G351国道至大荫山段公路）线路走向及沿路环境，并与交通、规划、国土、水利等区级部门和市交通设计院、万田乡、九华乡负责人进行座谈，详细了解项目前期工作中遇到的问题。</span> </p>
<p><span> 根据 《国家公路网规划（2013～2030年）》，我国规划建设G351国道（台州—四川省小金县），其中G351国道衢州段项目建议书已获省发改委批复。G351国道衢州段连通龙游、衢江、柯城、常山、开化5个县（区），将经过我区九华乡、石梁镇、沟溪乡。为缓解万坞线交通压力，更好地发挥庙源溪周边资源优势，做好大荫山森林穿越项目及九华旅游的交通配套工作，我区计划建设万九线二期（G351国道衢州连接线）和农村公路新改建工程（G351国道至大荫山段公路）。据了解，G351国道衢州连接线起点位于351国道，与万九线一期顺接，G351国道至大荫山段公路项目起点位于351国道，终点为云头村。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建指出，万九线二期作为G351国道衢州连接线，必须要建，而大荫山森林穿越项目即将运营，也亟待加强沿线交通配套。相关单位要抓紧做好初步设计与施工图设计等工作，尽早启动项目建设。万田乡和九华乡要抓紧开展走访摸底，做好沿线政策处理和整治工作，确保公路早日施工、早日建成。</span> </p>
<p><span> 下午，方庆建和区领导贵丽青、何晓文先后来到世通华庭小区、中河沿、柯城区人民医院、松园菜市场、文昌路等地，实地督查小区、主次干道、窗口单位、农贸市场、建筑工地的文明创建工作，对创建省示范文明城区工作进行再部署。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建指出，柯城成功创建省级示范文明城区是衢州获得全国文明城市提名城市资格的前提条件。当前创建工作时间紧、任务重，全区各级各部门要全面冲刺，查漏补缺，突出重点，扫清盲点，提升薄弱点，切实做好小区楼道乱堆放清理、公益广告宣传、公共环境整治、公共秩序维护、氛围营造等方面工作。要压实责任，合力迎检，条块结合，充分发挥各方力量，加强体制内外单位、市场内外和物业公司的文明创建工作。要严肃纪律，强化督查，推动问题解决，争取少失分，多加分，确保顺利通过检查考核。</span></p></div>
