<p><span> 2月17日上午举行的区九届人大一次会议第三次全体会议以无记名投票方式，依法选举徐登富为柯城区第九届人民代表大会常务委员会主任，鲍继红、王国强、李青、范洁红、姜有源、陈秋荣为副主任；选举方庆建为柯城区人民政府区长，叶征宇、何晓文、袁万松、陈雪良、毛志宏、林静为副区长；选举薛伟为柯城区监察委员会主任，祝菊红为柯城区人民法院院长，周恩强为柯城区人民检察院检察长（须报经市人民检察院提请市人大常委会批准）。会议还选举产生了26名区第九届人大常委会委员和58名柯城区出席衢州市第七届人民代表大会代表。选举结束后，区人大常委会组织新当选的国家机关工作人员进行了宪法宣誓。</span> </p>
<p><span> 2月16日下午举行的区政协四届一次会议第二次全体会议以无记名投票方式，选举徐连土为政协第四届衢州市柯城区委员会主席，章雨土、徐小平、吴云林、徐成旺为副主席，诸葛翔为秘书长。会议还选举产生了29名政协第四届衢州市柯城区委员会常务委员。</span></p></div>
