<p><span> 区委书记徐利水代表区四套班子对代表委员致以亲切的问候，对代表委员们为柯城发展作出的努力表示感谢。他说，过去五年，是我区经济社会发展不平凡的五年，五年来，在省委、市委和区委的坚强领导下，我们迎难而上、负重拼搏，全区经济社会发展取得了长足进步，百姓的幸福感、获得感不断增强。这些成绩是全区上下共同努力的结果，也饱含着各位代表委员的心血和汗水。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水指出，接下来五年，我区面临着高水平全面建成小康社会，加快推进创新发展、转型发展的历史重任，大家要顺应新常态、找准新方位、展现新作为，坚决按照省委关于“浙江的今天就是中国的明天”和“衢州成为全省经济新增长点”的奋斗目标，走出一条体现柯城担当、具有柯城特色的发展之路。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水强调，去年年底召开的区第八次党代会，提出了深入实施“两创强区、两美富民”战略，全力打造“绿色发展先行区、田园城市核心区、生态富民样板区、幸福家园示范区”，与全省同步高水平全面建成小康社会的发展目标。希望各位代表委员围绕中心、聚焦主题、群策群力，集中精力和时间开好“两会”，以良好的精神状态和饱满的政治热情，认真履行宪法和法律赋予的神圣职责，发挥代表委员作用，审议好《政府工作报告》和其他各项报告，选举好新一届人大、政府和政协领导班子，把大会开成团结奋进、求真务实、凝心聚力、开拓创新的大会，为柯城创新发展、转型发展作出新的贡献。</span> </p>
<p><span> 殷切的希望、诚挚的嘱托，令代表委员们备受鼓舞。大家表示，一定不辜负全区人民的期望和重托，集中精力开好大会，为柯城发展积极献计献策。</span></p></div>
