<p><span> 绵绵细雨求职忙，招聘现场人气旺。春节长假过后是招聘、求职的高峰期，招工企业和求职者纷纷抱着“赶早”心态，节后用工“空档期”的首场招聘会现场人气“爆棚”。记者在现场看到，不少企业的摊位前挤满了前来应聘洽谈的求职者，尤其是金沃精工、实达实机械、龙威新材等知名老牌企业的摊位前，求职者更是排起了长龙。</span> </p>
<p><span> 据悉，今年报名参会企业数量基本与去年持平，需求人数较去年增加3.3%，总体需求相对稳定。由于龙威新材、贝德泵业等企业采用机器换人增加生产，伟荣药化、金沃精工、高居家私等企业采用待遇留人、感情留人等措施实现人才稳岗，全区规上企业参会数量和岗位数量较去年均有所下降。从行业分析，第三产业发展相对平稳，商贸业和服务业用工需求下降，电子商务企业用工需求保持基本稳定。从岗位分析，普工岗位需求960人，较去年有所下降；普通技术工种需求1170人，较去年有所增加；特专技能人才的需求比例有提高，32%的企业需要“高级技工”，如恒业汽车部件、贝德泵业等企业多需要研发技能人才。</span> </p>
<p><span> 记者从区就业局了解到，今年大专及以上学历的岗位需求达1150人，主要分布在新材料和工业制造业、信息技术行业及电子商务企业，基本能满足我区今年高校毕业生求职的需求。近期，区就业局还将陆续举办相关招聘会，为求职者提供更多就业机会。</span> </p>
<p><span> 据统计，截至2月6日下午4点，共有3000余人与我区招聘企业达成初步就业意向。</span></p>
