<p><span> 区委书记徐利水代表区四套班子向全区广大干部群众、离退休老同志老领导、驻衢部队和武警部队官兵，以及所有关心支持柯城发展的社会各界人士致以新春的问候和美好的祝愿。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水说，2016年，是柯城人辛勤耕耘的一年，也是柯城岁物丰成的一年。这一年，我们积极践行新发展理念，迎难而上、砥砺前行，经济社会实现新发展；我们大干项目、干大项目，扩大有效投资取得新进展；我们干在实处、走在前列，许多工作取得新亮点；我们全力保障服务G20，平安建设取得新成效。全年实现地区生产总值169.31亿元，同比增长7.1%；固定资产投资104.1亿元，同比增长11%； 社会消费品零售总额174.87亿元，同比增长11.6%； 地方公共财政预算收入8.87亿元，同比增长9.6%；城乡居民人均可支配收入分别为38745元、19416元，同比分别增长8.8%和9.2%，超额完成了年初人代会确定的各项目标，实现了“十三五”的开门红。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水指出，新的一年是深入实施“十三五”规划的关键之年，也是新一届区领导班子扬帆起航的开局之年。区第八次党代会吹响了“两创强区、两美富民”，全力打造“绿色发展先行区、田园城市核心区、生态富民样板区、幸福家园示范区”的战斗号角，提出与全省同步高水平全面建成小康社会，建设繁荣文明和谐宜居的幸福柯城。全区广大干部群众要上下一心、合心合力、开放借力，撸起袖子加油干，沿着“两创强区、两美富民”大道，向着创造“美好生活、幸福柯城”目标，卯足劲，加满油，钉钉子，勇往直前，开拓前进。</span></p>
