<p><span> 1月20日上午，区委书记徐利水带队检查节前安全生产和市场供应工作。区领导彭海生、叶征宇、陈雪良和安监、消防、交通等相关部门负责人参加。</span> </p>
<p><span> 石二线与三江西路交叉口是交通事故多发点，徐利水查看现场后，叮嘱交通等相关部门加强安全保障工作，切实消除交通安全隐患。</span> </p>
<p><span> 经营蔬菜、水果等批发市场的衢州农商城是供应农副产品的重要市场，也是消防安全重点单位。徐利水现场观看了消防演练，并详细了解平日消防培训、实战演练开展情况。他还走进水果交易区，与经营户亲切交流，了解水果市场的供应销售、工作环境等情况。徐利水指出，农商城车多人多，要注意加强管理，对部分经营户乱搭乱建的行为开展整治，切实做好消防安全保障，营造良好的市场环境。</span> </p>
<p><span> 在府山派出所，徐利水亲切看望了派出所的民警和值班人员，了解节日社会治安及“迎新春闹元宵”庙会灯会系列活动安保工作的前期准备情况，并要求公安部门加强风险防范和应急处置，确保人民群众生命财产安全。在位于姜家山乡大塘头村的柯城中心公路管理站，徐利水一行还检查了春运物资储备、应急抢险设备、值班安排等落实情况。</span> </p>
<p><span> 1月23日上午，区委副书记、代区长方庆建率领安监、消防、经信、环保等部门负责人来到花园街道、衢化街道，实地检查危险化学品企业节前安全生产保障工作落实情况。区领导吴云林参加检查。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建一行先后来到衢州市九洲化工有限公司、衢州远方化工厂，重点检查了危险品仓库的消防安全责任制、防火间距、消防安全疏散、消防设施器材配备、消防安全制度落实等方面情况，认真听取了各企业负责人关于安全生产、重点部位安全防范等情况汇报。方庆建强调，要时刻绷紧安全生产这根弦，坚决杜绝麻痹大意思想，不断完善应急预案，把安全生产各项措施落实到位，确保节日期间安全生产形势稳定。</span></p></div>
