<p><span> 据悉，区九届人大一次会议将于2月中旬召开，为了让200名新一届区人大代表了解人大工作的基础知识，掌握代表履职的基本技能，提高代表的自身素质，增强代表的履职能力，进一步发挥人大代表的作用，区人大常委会专门组织新一届区人大代表开展履职培训。</span> </p>
<p><span> “代表好不好，称不称职，关键看履职。”分析完人大代表履职过程中存在的问题后，徐登富指出，新一届区人大代表要不断树立权利意识、责任意识、群众意识、规矩意识和学习意识，承担起重大而光荣的使命，肩负起党和人民赋予的历史重任，以高度的政治责任感、对党和人民高度负责的态度，依法履行好代表职责，充分发挥好代表作用，为建设繁荣文明和谐宜居的幸福柯城作出更大贡献。</span> </p>
<p><span> 培训班上，袁薇和郑玉红结合自身履职和工作经验，分别作《关于代表法与代表履职的几个问题》和《怎样当好人大代表》主题辅导讲座，就人大代表的地位和作用、权利和义务以及代表如何履职等内容进行详细讲解。</span></p>
