<p><span> 据介绍，新一届区政协委员共有184名，其中，继续提名的区政协四届委员有76名，占总数的41.3%，新提名的委员108名，占总数的58.7%。本次培训旨在帮助新一届区政协委员掌握人民政协的基本知识，熟悉人民政协履行职能的基本方法和要求，把握委员履行职责、参政议政的基本方法、特点和规律，为新一届政协委员尽快适应角色、发挥作用奠定基础。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐连土指出，新一届区政协委员要认真学习人民政协的基本理论知识，尽快熟悉政协工作，为履职奠定良好的思想理论基础。同时，要结合各自岗位实际和政协工作特点，勤于思考，通过会前调查研究，切实提出更加精准化、更有针对性的意见建议，不断提升履职能力和政协工作水平。</span> </p>
<p><span> 培训会上，市政协提案委主任郑芳美、市政协办公室副主任朱俐、市政协委员工委主任李钦新分别围绕提案撰写、社情民意信息、委员履职工作，为政协委员们作了深入浅出、全面细致的讲解辅导。</span></p>
