<p><span> 会议讨论研究了 《政府工作报告（送审稿）》 和 《为民办实事项目建议表》。方庆建要求，要进一步修改完善 《政府工作报告》 和 《为民办实事项目建议表》，总结好过去五年工作，提炼好去年工作亮点，按照党代会要求谋划好今后五年和今年的政府工作。</span> </p>
<p><span> 会议讨论研究了《柯城区涉农资源整合工作实施方案》。方庆建指出，要通过整合涉农资源，集中有限资源实施有示范带动作用的涉农项目，统筹城乡发展，与全省同步高水平全面建成小康社会。农办要与各涉农部门建立沟通会商机制，积极谋划项目，争取更多的政策支持。</span> </p>
<p><span> 会议讨论研究了 《柯城区2017年各单位固定资产投资目标任务》《柯城区2017年领导联系重大项目安排表》《柯城区2017年政府投资项目投资计划安排表》。方庆建强调，要进一步细化项目工作安排，分块分线谋深谋透一批前期类、谋划类和实施类项目。要强化项目意识，狠抓项目工作，推进政府工作项目化、项目工作具体化、具体落实责任化、责任要求链条化，集中精力、人力和资源大干项目、干大项目。</span> </p>
<p><span> 会议还讨论研究了《2016年度柯城区人民政府质量奖授奖企业（组织）和个人》《关于衢州市柯城区2016年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况、2017年国民经济和社会发展计划草案的报告》《柯城区2017年政府收支预算安排》等事项。</span></p>
