<p><span> 工作人员分组来到衢州龙威新材料股份有限公司、衢州金沃精工机械有限公司、浙江实达实机械设备有限公司等120家企业，着重了解企业在生产经营、职工招聘以及职工培训方面遇到的困难。受访企业表示，企业总体经营状况及员工稳定情况较去年略有好转，普工招聘困难不大，用工缺口主要集中在高技术人才和管理人才。企业职工培训以自主培训方式为主，希望政府在技能培训方面给予相应支持。</span> </p>
<p><span> 通过走访，区就业局了解了企业当前面临的困难及存在的问题，为下一步进行针对性帮扶收集了第一手资料。就业局工作人员在走访的同时，也向企业介绍了2017年春季人才交流会报名流程，鼓励有用工需求的企业报名参加。对有培训需求的企业，区就业局将对接人社局有关部门，组织开展技能培训，实现劳动力技能水平的提升，为企业输送更高质量的人才。</span></p>
