<p align="center">为两溪片区首个开发建设的乡村旅游项目，将围绕石梁溪打造芳香健康养生产业</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，柯城两溪片区（石梁溪和庙源溪）第一个进入开发建设的乡村旅游项目———佩兰芳香文化产业园项目在石梁溪蒋家新堰举行开工仪式。区委书记祝晓农出席仪式并宣布项目开工，区领导徐利水、鲍继红、张军、颜雪高，佩兰生物科技（上海）股份有限公司董事长史立秀等参加。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，佩兰芳香文化产业园项目由佩兰生物科技（上海）股份有限公司投资建设。项目位于石梁溪沿线，用地面积约800亩，总投资约1.2亿元，将围绕芳香健康养生目标定位，建设欧盟有机香草基地、芳香体验馆、芳香主题食疗区、儿童游乐区及其相关附属配套设施。其中，在花海设计时，佩兰芳香文化产业园将针对石梁溪各节点特色，采用“多种花卉组合种植”模式，让园区一年四季都有鲜花盛开。</p>
<p align="justify"> 开工仪式上，区委副书记、区长徐利水代表区委区政府对项目的开工表示祝贺。他说，佩兰芳香文化产业园项目的开工是柯城两溪片区建设和文化旅游产业的大事，希望佩兰项目成为集聚高端要素和各方人士的产业园、创业创新园，吸引上海、台湾、北京等地区香草、文化、旅游、民宿、网络、资本界的各方人士共聚双溪、共创未来。区有关部门、石梁镇村干部和广大村民朋友要抓住机遇，为项目早日建成开园提供最优质的服务。</p>
<p align="justify"> 开工仪式结束后，与会人员还实地考察了石梁溪沿线和“蒋家牧歌”文化创意产业园。</p>
