<p align="center">院士专家共同探讨新常态下乡村村落的未来发展之道</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，由区委区政府、中国城市规划设计研究院联合主办的“未来村”乡村建设研讨会在柯城召开，来自中国工程院、中国城市规划设计研究院等科研院所的专家学者汇聚柯城，探讨新常态下乡村村落的未来发展之道，为柯城未来村落建设把脉支招。副市长朱建华和区领导祝晓农、徐利水、张军、何晓文出席研讨会。</p>
<p align="justify"> 朱建华对研讨会的召开表示祝贺。他说，当前衢州结合本市实际情况，正在探索乡村就地现代化的乡村建设模式，以改善村域环境、完善设施、展现特色为重点，强化规划引导，着力培育建设浙西乡村特色的示范村，努力拓展村民、政府、市场等多方共赢的乡村复兴之路，期望各位专家学者为衢州乡村现代化建设发展把脉问诊、建言献策，迎来衢州现代化发展的新纪元。</p>
<p align="justify"> 区委书记祝晓农在致辞中表示，近年来，柯城区注重探索对乡村的保护和开发、对传统的继承和发扬，大力推进全域原生态改造和嵌入式开发，希望通过研讨会的召开，柯城在未来村落的改造建设中能树立新的模板和标杆。</p>
<p align="justify"> 研讨会上，中国工程院院士、全国工程勘察设计大师、中国建筑设计院有限公司名誉院长崔愷，教授级高级城市规划师、中国城市规划设计研究院副总规划师朱荣远，中国综合开发研究院城市化发展研究所主任研究员李津逵，乡伴东方联合创始人、东方园林·东联设计集团首席设计师朱胜萱，上海前滩新兴产业研究中心主任、首席研究员、前滩数据CEO何万篷分别围绕“传统村落的现代化进程”主题，热议传统古村落的保护与开发。研讨会前，与会人员还聆听了我区双溪片区旅游发展及九华乡周公山村发展规划介绍。</p>
<p align="justify"> 当天下午，与会专家学者还实地考察了庙源溪、石梁溪综合开发利用情况和周公山村保护开发情况，并为我区“未来村”乡建以及周公山发展策划积极建言献策。</p>
