<p align="center">推进国家全域旅游示范区创建</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，我区与杭州赛石园林集团举行项目合作洽谈会，围绕柯城“最美两溪”谋划“衢州·赛石花彩小镇”项目，助推柯城全域旅游示范区创建工作。区领导徐利水、朱晓源、袁万松，杭州赛石园林集团有限公司董事长郭柏峰等参加座谈。</p>
<p align="justify"> 今年7月初，我区正式启动为期三年的国家全域旅游示范区创建工作。而作为柯城生态治理的地标，“最美两溪”是我区谋划全域旅游项目的重要区块。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，杭州赛石园林集团是专注人居环境品质建设的高端景观营造商，总资产超10亿元，年产值达20多亿元。在今年5月12日举行的项目集中签约活动中，赛石园林集团与我区签订了全域旅游项目战略合作协议。该集团将围绕柯城“最美两溪”，投资建设集花卉培育、观光、销售于一体的“衢州·赛石花彩小镇”。</p>
<p align="justify"> 区长徐利水说，“衢州·赛石花彩小镇”项目是柯城“两溪”流域整治后的点睛之笔，区水利、交通、国土等相关部门要进一步与项目业主细化对接，在项目实施过程中同步推进“两溪”流域的新农村改造工作。要进行适度开发建设，尽可能保持“两溪”流域基本的生态风貌。</p>
<p align="justify"> 座谈会上，赛石园林集团与我区相关部门就项目开发中的具体问题进行了深入交流，并提出相关意见建议。</p>
