<p align="center">研究“僵尸企业”破产重组盘活工作</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开府院联席会议，专题研究“僵尸企业”破产重组盘活工作。区长徐利水出席会议并讲话，区委常委、常务副区长叶征宇主持会议，区法院院长詹黎钟参加。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上，区经信局、区法院分别汇报了全区企业破产重组盘活工作推进情况、进入破产程序企业的审理和执行情况、存在问题和下步工作计划。据介绍，目前全区共摸排出资不抵债、经营者跑路、停产半停产、低效低产等重点目标“僵尸企业”13家，截至6月份，通过司法拍卖、资产重组转让、土地收储等法律及市场化手段盘活企业4家。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水要求，相关部门单位要大力推进“僵尸企业”破产重组盘活工作，加快实施“腾笼换鸟”。要依法依规处置各类“僵尸企业”，分门别类梳理出要破产或重组的“僵尸企业”。要形成合力，加快“僵尸企业”破产处置和资产处置进度，加大政策助推力度，合理安置破产重组企业职工。要客观公正对待“僵尸企业”，权衡协调各方因素，营造良好的区域信用环境。要加强相关政策、法律法规的宣传，制定“一企一策”处置方案，优化处置流程，加大执行力度。</p>
