<p align="center">礼贤街双港路片区改造房屋征收完成入户调查</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，区委书记祝晓农到双港街道、礼贤街双港路片区改造项目指挥部等地，调研礼贤街双港路片区改造房屋征收工作，看望慰问冒着酷暑工作在一线的征收工作人员。区政协副主席章雨土参加。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，礼贤街双港路片区改造房屋征收项目7月7日启动入户调查登记工作后，我区组织区征迁办和双港、荷花、信安、府山街道人员成立专项工作组，分解任务，划片包干，加班加点开展入户调查、意愿征询、政策宣传等工作。同时，市经信委、市林业局也组建工作组，负责所属房屋承租户入户调查工作。截至7月26日，征收项目已完成入户调查862户，入户调查率100%，而且93%以上的产权人同意改造，满足启动下步征收程序的条件。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农实地察看了项目现场和各工作组责任地块示意图，看望了府山街道、荷花街道、信安街道、双港街道现场办公点和各征收小组的工作人员，对大家取得的成绩给予充分肯定。“这次征收工作大家动作非常迅速，开局良好。”祝晓农鼓励大家，礼贤街双港路片区改造房屋征收工作政策好、群众改造意愿强、班子战斗力强，大家要鼓足信心，进一步做好征收工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，礼贤街双港路片区改造房屋征收工作时间紧、任务重，要举全区之力做好各项工作。要充分考虑征收过程中可能会遇到的困难和问题，发挥“硬着头皮、厚着脸皮、磨破嘴皮、饿着肚皮、踏破脚皮”的“五皮”精神，做细前期工作，以真情和扎实工作感化、感动被征收户。要严把政策关口，同时对群众的合理诉求尽量向上争取。要做好各项保障，配备避暑降温用品，保障工作人员的身体健康，确保征收工作平稳顺利推进。</p>
