<p align="justify"> 日前，副市长毛建民来我区调研礼贤街、双港路片区改造房屋征收工作，看望慰问一线征收工作人员。区长徐利水、副区长汪土祥、区政协副主席章雨土参加。</p>
<p align="justify"> 调研中，毛建民实地查看规划红线，听取有关工作汇报，并与住户进行交流，深入了解该片区房屋具体情况和地块存在的问题，对征收过程中遇到的困难进行现场分析。毛建民还来到信安街道、双港街道、荷花街道、府山街道现场办公点，慰问一线征收工作人员，并送上西瓜等解暑慰问品。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，为加快项目推进，我区抽调力量组成专项工作组，采取划片包干制，层层分解落实任务，先后组织法律法规、征收流程等业务培训4次，实行每日工作进度通报，形成“比学赶超”的良好工作氛围。截至目前，入户调查完成率已突破96%。</p>
<p align="justify"> 毛建民指出，前期入户调查情况完成比例高，老百姓拆迁意愿大等因素，为推进礼贤街、双港路片区改造房屋征收工作创造了有利条件。各级各部门要再接再厉，对前期调查情况进行深入分析，梳理出个性化问题和共性问题，为相关配套政策的出台完善提供参考。要统一口径、宣讲好政策，为推进房屋征收工作营造良好氛围。要细化研究，抓紧出台相关配套政策，为项目改造房屋征收工作奠定良好基础。要切实保障工作经费，完善激励机制，强化工作合力，加快推进项目改造房屋征收工作。</p>
