<p align="justify"> 日前，区长徐利水到双港街道调研礼贤街双港路片区房屋改造征收工作。区领导汪土祥、章雨土参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，礼贤街双港路片区改造房屋征收项目实施范围东至新元路及东北角，南至区人民医院南侧支路，西至衢江南路，北至衢江大桥—劳动路，共涉及单位36家、住户826户。该项目房屋征收程序启动后，相关工作人员发扬“5+2”“白加黑”精神，全身心投入房屋征收工作，短短10余天时间即完成入户调查818户，占总户数的95%，其中选择“同意征收”的意见书达到93%以上，再现“柯城速度”。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水一行来到项目改造现场办公室、双港街道办事处现场接待办等地，看望项目征收干部，了解征收进度和征收工作中的困难问题，并实地查看了为项目征收户配套的兴华西苑安置房。在随后召开的座谈会上，徐利水认真听取区征迁办以及各工作组的情况汇报，并就项目征收过程中存在的问题与相关单位进行了深入交流。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水充分肯定了礼贤街双港路片区房屋改造征收工作成效。他强调，接下来项目工作难度进一步加大，各相关街道及工作组要保持良好开局，进一步做好房屋征收工作。要摸清户情，了解征收户意愿、诉求等情况，为下步工作打好基础。要理清问题，分类处理好政策性、个案性、操作性、苗头性问题。要细研政策，把握好政策导向。要严格程序，确保房屋征收工作依法依规、合理合法。要加强保障，加强项目的业务培训、政策宣传和后勤保障等工作。</p>
