<p align="center">双方将共同发展医疗健康事业</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，柯城区人民政府与物产中大共同发展医疗健康事业投资合作协议签约仪式在我区举行。区委书记祝晓农和物产中大集团董事长、党委书记王挺革出席签约仪式并致辞。区委副书记、区长徐利水与物产中大集团董事、副总经理沈光明，物产中大资本投资有限公司董事长杨东伟签订政企合作发展医疗健康事业投资合作协议。副区长颜雪高主持签约仪式。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，物产中大集团是浙江省首家世界500强企业，也是浙江首个完成混合所有制改革并实现整体上市的国有企业，具有强大的资金实力和丰富的政企合作开发公共事业经验。此前，物产中大集团曾来我区进行过多次考察洽谈，并于5月12日和我区签订战略合作协议。此次签约前，王挺革一行还实地考察了全国同等级医院中第三家、浙江省首家通过JCI国际标准认证的医院———柯城区人民医院，以及在全省率先实施全流域治理改造的“最美溪流”庙源溪和石梁溪，对我区发展医疗健康和养生养老产业的创新理念、超前眼光表示赞赏。</p>
<p align="justify"> 此次合作，物产资本将与区政府共同出资设立一家有限责任公司，作为合作平台，建设一批在省内外拥有较高学术地位和影响力的专科或专病中心，在柯城区人民医院院区内或附近建设若干高端医疗项目，并提升发展我区基层医疗机构。物产资本还将在我区寻求大健康、公用事业、现代农业和特色小镇等生活服务产业合适项目进行投资。双方将在符合各方决策流程和项目标准的前提下，努力推进更多项目落地。</p>
<p align="justify"> “这次项目签约具有里程碑意义。”祝晓农说，未来大家将更注重对健康和快乐的追求，而健康需要大医疗大体育支撑，这次合作既是资金资源的合作，更是理念的合作，将给衢州、柯城百姓的健康服务带来更多的好处。祝晓农表示，衢州柯城这几年的发展变化很快，对周边辐射的范围也很广，希望在此次合作基础上，双方未来能够展开更多合作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 王挺革表示，柯城区委、区政府对关系国计民生的健康产业的高度重视和战略远见让他感动，物产中大将推动项目尽快落地，造福衢州柯城百姓，并力争做出标杆作品，向全省、全国推广。</p>
