<p align="justify"> 日前下午，区长徐利水带领区“四边三化”办、柯城交通分局、区农办等相关单位负责人来到花园街道，对杭长高铁柯城段“四边三化”工作推进情况进行督查。副区长汪土祥参加督查。</p>
<p align="justify"> 炎炎烈日下，徐利水一行戴上草帽，沿着铁路边缘，踏着田埂杂草，从高铁南侧上洋村段一路走到了新姜村段。“这些东西明天马上叫挖机过来清掉。”“粉墙还要加快，多拉些人过来，这几天把外墙都刷掉。”“绿化设计的效果图抓紧做出来。”一路上，徐利水边走边查找问题，不时停下来针对发现的问题进行现场交办。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水强调，要抓紧粉刷高铁沿线“赤膊墙”，区农办和花园街道要加派施工队伍，帮助新姜村粉刷外墙，统一农房色调。要增派人员、挖机，抓紧对高铁站台南侧低洼地块进行填土，为植树绿化做好准备。要抓紧拆除沿线违章建筑，迅速整治脏乱点。要抓紧做好沿线尤其是节点的绿化设计，绘制好地形图和绿化效果图，选好树种，加快绿化美化进度，全力提升高铁沿线环境。</p>
