<p align="justify"> 日前，区委书记祝晓农先后来到姜家山乡和航埠镇，实地查看衢州农商城和衢州传化公路港物流综合体项目推进情况，现场帮助企业解决项目推进中遇到的困难问题。副区长何晓文参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 衢州农商城项目由北控集团旗下上市公司北京建设（控股）有限公司投资建设，总占地面积430.4亩，计划总投资12亿元。项目一期已于去年8月开业，项目二期自去年9月启动以来进展顺利，其中水果交易区计划于今年8月开业。</p>
<p align="justify"> “年初交代的事都办好了吗？”“还有什么要配套的？”祝晓农今年年初曾到衢州农商城帮助企业协调解决一批问题，此次过来，她在了解年初交办问题落实情况的同时，还不时询问企业有没有需要解决的新问题。得知项目二期的水电配套还没到位，祝晓农再三交代区专业市场管委会负责人，要按照水果交易区8月开业的时间安排，抓紧完成水电配套工程。祝晓农还向企业建议，农商城可以依托园区交通方便和冷链仓储优势，进口国外高端农副产品，并向四省边际市场辐射。</p>
<p align="justify"> 位于航埠镇的衢州传化公路港物流综合体项目由中国500强企业传化集团投资建设，总占地面积约370.2亩，总投资约10.2亿元。其中项目一期占地234亩，目前建筑已经全部结顶，预计9月竣工、10月投入运营。祝晓农详细了解了项目进展、布局、招商等情况，并和企业相关负责人进行座谈。“这里四通八达，位置真的很好。”祝晓农说，传化项目要定位四省边际，围绕生产性大物流做好配套，与衢州农商城的农产品大物流形成互补，打造物流中心和货车检测中心、维修中心。同时，航埠镇要依托传化物流做好配套服务，推进航埠工业转型升级。</p>
