<p align="justify"> 日前，区长徐利水带领农办、水利、林业、规划、旅游等部门单位主要负责人，冒雨来到万田、九华和沟溪乡调研民宿经济工作，推动我区全域旅游发展。</p>
<p align="justify"> 在万田乡荷塘村和九华乡关溪村，徐利水查看了村庄环境，并到农家乐经营户家中了解农户发展民宿经济的意愿和相关需求。来到沟溪乡直立香榧产业园和沟溪泉山庄，徐利水实地查看了依托沟溪绿水青山打造的民宿旅游产业发展现状，了解项目发展中遇到的困难和问题。在随后召开的座谈会上，徐利水听取了各乡镇、部门干部和当地企业家对发展民宿经济的想法、建议，并就民宿经济未来的发展方向和与会人员进行了探讨、沟通。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水强调，发展民宿经济与做好农村工作关系紧密，各相关部门、乡镇要像以前抓家庭工业一样抓好民宿经济的发展，把民宿经济作为发展全域旅游的突破口，引进有实力、专业性强的投资主体进行开发建设。要盘活闲置农房，培育一批农村民宿旅游示范户，带动广大农户积极参与民宿的发展。要做好规划设计，各乡镇每年选择一个点进行整体布局规划，集中精力和资源打造亮点。要整合农、林、水等各方资源，排摸地方闲置资源，整合地方特色产业和文化，选择科学的投资方式进行有序开发建设。要组织发展意愿强的主体到民宿经济发达地区考察学习，加强相关技能培训，提高从业人员的服务水平。</p>
