<p align="justify"> 日前，区长徐利水带领发改、统计等相关部门负责人到航埠镇调研屋顶光伏发电项目。区委常委、常务副区长叶征宇参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，航埠镇是全国清洁能源示范小镇、省级低碳城镇试点。为进一步推进“低碳小镇”建设，航埠镇联合常州天合光能有限公司在航埠工业功能区推广屋顶光伏发电项目，与多家园区企业签订合作协议，总装机容量12MW。目前，项目一期已具备并网发电条件，装机容量约5兆瓦。下步，航埠镇计划为彭村等村的农房屋顶装上分布式太阳能光伏发电系统，深入开展清洁能源试点工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水一行实地查看了彭村村的农房布局情况和房屋改造效果图，了解屋顶光伏电站试点情况，并走进村民家中宣传光伏发电的好处。走进航埠工业功能区，徐利水登上浙江飞宇光电有限公司厂房屋顶，俯览园区分布式太阳能光伏发电系统建设情况，了解建设进度和项目推进中的难点和问题。在随后召开的座谈会上，徐利水认真听取了相关单位的情况汇报，并就项目投资模式、补贴政策、并网发电等方面与相关单位进行深入交流。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水指出，发展光伏发电等清洁能源是我国推进生态文明建设的重要抓手，社会各界应形成“低碳”共识，为推动清洁能源开发利用作出贡献。各相关单位要抓住清洁能源示范镇创建机遇，向上申报特色小镇，积极争取政策支持，加大力度推进光伏发电项目。要加快光伏发电试点村建设，加强光伏发电项目的宣传和引导，根据实际研究出台扶持政策，鼓励农户安装光伏发电设备。</p>
