<p align="justify"> 日前，省水利厅厅长陈龙一行来到庙源溪、石梁溪沿线，实地调研我区“两溪”生态治理工作。区委书记祝晓农、区长徐利水、副区长朱晓源陪同调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> “五水共治”开展以来，我区积极探索全流域、生态化的河道综合治理新路径，在庙源溪、石梁溪“两溪”黑臭河治理中，创新实施全线连片整治，岸上岸下同治，旅游景观化综治河道治理方式，扎实推进沿岸绿化、游步道等生态景观带建设。在整治过程中，创新采取修筑围堰、分层开挖、设置二级以上浑水沉淀池等办法，实现“清水”作业。同时，注重将“两溪”流域治理融入城市公共空间，在保持河道原生态的基础上，全流域连片治理成景，原先的“黑臭河”实现了向“最美溪流”的华丽蜕变。</p>
<p align="justify"> 在石梁溪沿岸，司马堰、关王堰等形态各异的生态堰坝经过规划整治俨然成了一道道靓丽的风景。陈龙一行不时驻足观看，一边详细询问和了解我区“两溪“生态治理工作情况。调研中，陈龙充分肯定了我区“两溪”流域生态治理的显著成果。他表示，柯城区在“两溪”流域综合治理、岸上岸下同治的理念具有创新性，用巧妙设计和独具匠心打造了两条“金丝带”，并在流域治理过程中倒逼产业转型，实现全民共享治水红利，达到了治水的最高宗旨。</p>
