<p align="justify"> 6月15日下午，区长徐利水带领水利、国土等部门负责人，冒着大雨深入九华和石梁等地检查防汛工作。副区长朱晓源参加。</p>
<p align="justify"> 受冷暖空气共同影响，6月15日开始我市迎来大范围暴雨天气。由于此次降水范围较广、强度较强，部分地区降水集中，累计雨量较大，加上前期降水偏多，江河湖及山塘水库水位普遍偏高，存在较大安全隐患。6月15日当天，市区两级党委政府先后启动防汛应急预案三级响应，全面备战灾害性天气，保障人民群众生命财产安全。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水先后来到里垄口水库和九华乡关溪村、石梁镇大俱源村，检查水库库容、汛期值守和地质灾害隐患点村民疏散等情况。关溪村村民吴海根家背靠大山，山边有部分泥土已经塌下，徐利水走进吴海根家中查看塌方情况，并叮嘱乡村干部及时帮其解决房屋迁建问题。大俱源村是大型泥石流地质灾害隐患点，徐利水实地排查了该村地形地貌和农房布局情况，了解到大部分村民已经迁出村庄，他当即要求当地干部，抓紧迁移余下农户，切实加强汛期应急值守，及时发现并帮助受灾群众解决困难。</p>
<p align="justify"> 当天傍晚，徐利水还前往区防汛指挥部值班监控室，通过监控查看各监测点水情，并检查了监控室值班记录。徐利水强调，各相关部门要按照市委市政府防汛应急预案三级响应要求，切实克服麻痹侥幸心理，高度重视防汛工作，抓紧迁移地质灾害隐患点农户，时刻防控地质灾害点和危旧房隐患。区防指办工作人员要深入基层排查，各相关单位要时刻做好应对突发情况准备，做到主要领导带班值守，以对老百姓生命财产高度负责的态度做好应急性防汛工作。</p>
