<p align="justify"> 6月8日，区长徐利水带领综合执法、环保等相关部门负责人来到花园街道，调研杭长高铁柯城段沿线“四边三化”工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水首先来到花园街道新姜村和立新村，实地排查村庄内违章建筑和“赤膊墙”农房，深入了解该片区“四边三化”整治工作推进情况和重难点问题。调研中，他强调，各相关部门和乡镇（街道）要充分发扬“五加二”“白加黑”精神，以最快速度推进高铁沿线绿化美化工作，集中力量克难攻坚，加派施工队伍推进高铁沿线绿化和“赤膊墙”整治，全面提升沿线村庄的环境面貌。</p>
<p align="justify"> 在上洋村，徐利水察看了绿化种植情况，就沿街部分工厂和商户随意堆放杂物问题、上洋村花卉市场整治工作提出整改要求。他强调，要借G20峰会和省市“五四三”工作东风，高标准推进“四边三化”工作，主动查找短板，提前解决问题，切实把辖区环境整治到位。</p>
<p align="justify"> 6月7日，徐利水还来到石梁镇，就集镇建设管理、“一县一带”和“两溪花海”建设等工作进行调研。区领导张晓峰、何晓文参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水一行实地查看了“一县一带”建设入口现状、花木线沿线建筑布局等情况，就入口改造、道路拓宽、房屋拆迁等工作提出要求。在石梁集镇，徐利水查看了集镇整治现状，了解集镇建设管理方案和整治工作进展情况，就集镇改造方式、设计风格、建设时序等问题与相关单位进行深入交流。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水指出，石梁集镇建设管理工作是迎接G20峰会、贯彻落实市委市政府关于集镇建设管理相关工作精神的政治任务和民生工程，各相关部门要抢抓机遇，切实把石梁集镇整治到位。做好石梁集镇建设管理工作，要解决好定位问题，在规划设计时充分体现“柑橘”文化元素。要高标准开展工作，对违章建筑应拆尽拆，想方设法拓展集镇空间，科学安排建设时序，统筹考虑石梁新街的规划建设。要打造亮点，深入挖掘当地特色文化，在集镇改造中适当融入文化创意小品，通过两个月的集中整治，使石梁集镇发生根本性变化。</p></div>
