<p align="justify"> 日前，市委常委、纪委书记李伯来到我区调研农村基层作风巡查工作。区委书记祝晓农，区委常委、纪委书记毛霄云陪同。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据悉，截至目前，我区已先后安排4轮巡查，通过重点巡查、交叉巡查和自主巡查等方式，14个涉农乡镇（街道）完成巡查行政村26个，谈话397人次，现场踏勘工程项目46个，发现问题265个，已整改72个，退赔资金4100余元，其中约谈或作出书面检查41人，立案4件。</p>
<p align="justify"> 李伯来一行先后到花园街道花园村、石室乡政府，实地了解农村基层作风巡查工作开展情况，并召开座谈会，听取我区开展农村基层作风巡查工作情况汇报。</p>
<p align="justify"> 在充分肯定我区农村基层作风巡查工作后，李伯来指出，开展农村基层作风巡查，是贯彻全面从严治党要求的具体实践，是推进党风廉政建设向基层延伸的创新举措，是整治农村干部“为官不为”的重要抓手，抓好这项工作意义重大。要从全局和政治的高度，把开展农村基层作风巡查工作，作为深入开展“两学一做”学习教育的有效载体，作为深化基层党风廉政建设的有效途径，以担当新使命的自觉来抓实抓好。</p>
<p align="justify"> 李伯来强调，要围绕作风巡查主要内容，突出重点，坚持问题导向，严肃查处侵害群众利益的不正之风和腐败问题。要以全市正在开展的“为官不为”专项整治行动为契机，围绕“五水共治”“四边三化”“三改一拆”等重点专项工作开展巡查，当前尤其要围绕生猪整规、铁路沿线环境整治工作，巡查“为官不为”问题，对不担当、不作为，失职渎职造成严重后果的要严肃问责，并公开曝光，形成震慑。要把解决“为官不为”与“为官不正”“为官不廉”问题结合起来，针对问题易发多发环节，健全完善制度，把制度的“笼子”扎紧扎密。</p>
<p align="justify"> 李伯来要求，各级党委要切实履行党风廉政建设主体责任，把压力层层传导下去。各级纪委要围绕中心、服务大局，严肃执纪，强化监督，切实运用好监督执纪“四种形态”，确保巡查工作各项任务落到实处，让群众看得到、体会得到、享受得到全面从严治党的实际成果。</p>
