<p align="justify"> 5月28日下午，我区召开“五水共治”“四边三化”“三改一拆”工作推进会。区委书记祝晓农在会上强调，各级各部门要突出重点，集中攻坚，又快又好推进“五四三”各项重点工作落实。</p>
<p align="justify"> 区委副书记、区政协主席张晓峰传达5月27日召开的市委常委（扩大）会议及省、市相关工作会议精神，鲍继红、彭海生、姜海洋、叶征宇、柴文灯、毛霄云、贵丽青等区四套班子领导参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，今年以来，省、市对“五水共治”“四边三化”“三改一拆”工作的重视程度和问责力度明显加大。当前，柯城“五水共治”“四边三化”“三改一拆”工作已经进入攻坚期，各级各部门要进一步浓厚氛围，拉高标杆，健全机制，快速高效推进“五四三”工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农强调，“五水共治”工作要加大对生猪整规的巡查、监督、执法力度，进一步做好退养户转型工作，集中精力推动治水项目建设。“四边三化”工作要重点针对高铁、高速公路、南环线和机场路沿线等重点线路、重点区块，狠抓环境整治。“三改一拆”工作要加大“改”的力度，加快“拆”的进度，做好“控”的文章，进一步提高标准，与“五水共治”“四边三化”工作结合推进，以“零容忍”的态势控新拆旧。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农强调，要强化责任落实，各联系领导、相关乡镇和分管领导要进一步增强工作的责任感和主动性，将责任和压力传导给每一名干部，充分激发他们工作的主动性和积极性，在治水拆违上发挥更大作用。要强化督查问责，进一步整合充实督查力量，加大责任追究力度，倒逼责任落实，对不作为、慢作为等行为要严肃问责。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上，区“三改一拆”办、“四边三化”办、治水办分别汇报了当前工作中存在的主要问题，并提出相关建议和举措。</p>
