<p align="justify"> 日前，全省新型农村综合服务中心试点工作座谈会在柯城召开。省委副秘书长、省农办主任章文彪，市委副书记江汛波，区领导祝晓农、张晓峰及全省部分县（市、区）农业农村工作主要负责人和中国邮政浙江分公司主要负责人参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，我区是全省新型农村综合服务中心工作试点之一。去年以来，在省农办和中国邮政公司的指导、支持下，我区因地制宜、统筹谋划，对新型农村综合服务中心建设进行积极探索，在原有的“村邮乐购”服务点建设基础上，叠加即办类、咨询类、代办类三大类政务服务项目20多项，目前已在全区建成“村邮乐购”服务站点75个，示范点15个，初步形成了政府主导、邮政组建、“掌柜”主办、农民参与的新型农村综合服务中心建设体系，得到广大农民群众的好评和认可。</p>
<p align="justify"> 与会人员实地考察了万田乡顺家路边村顺鲁便利店、九华乡上清村新农超市、石梁镇下村村便民服务中心便利店和七里乡游客接待中心便利店等新型农村综合服务中心示范点，深入了解由我区探索创建的“‘村邮乐购’商超+村级政务服务”、“村委、村（社区）便民服务中心+‘村邮乐购’商超”和“农家乐特色村游客接待中心+‘村邮乐购’商超+村级政务服务”等新型农村综合服务中心运营模式。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会议指出，全省新型农村综合服务中心试点工作是我省基于当前农村社会管理和公共服务等基础设施水平，在互联网大背景下的改革探索，各有关单位要真正把这项工作做大、做强、做全，给农民提供优良的公共服务，促进政府基础服务转型。推进新型农村综合服务中心试点工作，要解决好“为什么”的问题，进一步增强使命意识，真正通过推进新型农村综合服务中心建设工作，最大化地方便老百姓的生产生活。要解决好“干什么”的问题，努力创造条件，解决新型农村综合服务中心建设场所和资源整合的问题，研究一套行之有效的制度，真正提高为民办事效率。要解决好“怎么干”的问题，进一步规范提升现有试点服务中心建设水平，完善服务功能，整合各方资源，全面落实试点工作任务。</p>
