<p align="justify"> 日前，省发改委副主任翁建荣带队来我区调研特色小镇建设工作。区长徐利水、副区长何晓文陪同调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 特色小镇建设是省委省政府从推动全省经济转型升级和城乡统筹发展大局出发作出的重大决策。根据规划，未来三年内全省将重点培育100个产业特色鲜明、人文气息浓厚、生态环境优美的特色小镇。省市出台相关指导实施意见后，区委区政府迅速行动，根据区情和专业市场城特点，强化线上线下互动，推进专业市场城“互联网化”转型升级，打造独具柯城特色的电商小镇，目前，柯城电商小镇已成功入选衢州市第一批市级特色小镇创建名单。</p>
<p align="justify"> 翁建荣一行实地考察了实达实机械大卖场、中外运跨境电商园、火宏凯泰汽车城、邮政跨境电商园和创客孵化园，对我区良好的电商发展环境给予充分肯定。翁建荣指出，柯城区要加强特色小镇的整体谋划工作，想方设法集聚高端要素，深入分析、挖掘柯城优势资源，进一步加强新区块、新项目的谋划和建设，真正创出柯城特色小镇独有的亮点和品牌。</p>
