<p align="justify"> 日前，区政府召开重点工作部署会，贯彻落实省委十三届九次全会和全市工业大会精神，研究分析我区第一季度经济运行情况，部署推进下阶段工作。区长徐利水主持会议并讲话。副区长汪土祥、吴云林、贵丽青、何晓文参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水要求，要加快补齐工业短板，加强培育膜材料、化工新材料、高端汽摩配制造等产业集群。要深化战略合作，加强与余杭区、巨化、科研院校的合作对接，加快推进余杭“柯城未来村”、巨化新材料产业园等建设。要深入开展企业精准帮扶工作，抓好一批领军型企业培育，加快一批成长型企业股改上市，推动一批“僵尸”企业盘活处置。要站在推动农业供给侧改革的高度推进柑橘产业转型工作，宣传好、落实好柑橘产业转型发展扶持政策，加快推进柑橘小镇建设，鼓励贩销大户开展橘园流转，加大退橘造田力度。要持续大干项目、快干项目、早干项目，加强中央专项基金、“两溪”开发、屋顶光伏等项目谋划，主动争取政策资金支持，推进一批项目集中签约落地，倒逼项目开工建设，全力以赴扩大有效投资。要坚持精准招商、以商招商，着力引进氟、膜、锂、钴等新材料以及符合我区产业导向的优质项目，加快产业转型升级。要加快“两溪”流域综合开发，推进通景公路以及一批启动性项目建设。要加快“一县一带”建设，推进土地连片开发，谋划好郊野公园、国家橘子公园、国家老年养老养生基地等项目。要按照“管控为先、集聚为要”的原则，规范农民建房。要继续打好“五四三”攻坚战，以更高标准推进“五水共治”“四边三化”“三改一拆”工作。要加强集镇建设管理，整治集镇“脏乱差”。要以电商小镇规划建设为重点，加快特色小镇规划编制，填补我区特色小镇的“空白”。要以“两学一做”教育活动为契机，引导党员干部学规划、学产业，通过重点工作的落实补齐短板，推进我区经济社会持续健康发展。</p>
