<p align="justify"> 日前，副省长熊建平来我区调研指导“五水共治”工作。市长杜世源，副市长汤飞帆，区委书记祝晓农等陪同。</p>
<p align="justify"> “这堰坝造型原来就是这样的吗？设计得很有味道。”刚来到庙源溪鲶鱼湾，造型别致的堰坝就吸引了熊建平的目光，夸赞之余，他向当地干部详细了解了鲶鱼湾治水造景的过程。清澈的庙源溪溪水、用茅草和木材搭建的观景台、设计成木板造型的石阶……景区内一处处构思精巧、用心建造的公共设施和原生态的自然环境给熊建平留下了深刻的印象。“说明你们动脑筋了，做得非常不错。”熊建平充分肯定了鲶鱼湾的生态化改造成果，并对景区配套功能提升提出了具体指导意见。</p>
<p align="justify"> 在另一条“最美溪流”石梁溪，熊建平一行沿着已经修建好的绿道一路踏看石梁溪“五水共治”整治成效，亲身感受石梁的绿水青山。经过改造的石梁溪，如今已经成为市民和当地百姓的天然游泳池，前来考察的客商也是源源不断。熊建平叮嘱当地干部，要做好景区的安全管理工作，在各景观节点配置救生圈等安全配套设施，确保游客发生意外时能够第一时间得到救助，同时要积极引导溪边流动摊贩规范经营，在保护的基础上对石梁溪片区进行适度开发。</p>
<p align="justify"> 石梁镇城西村的“猪棚画廊”是我区“五水共治”治水富民的典型，如今这里又建起了“猪棚陶吧”等“猪棚艺术馆”，即将升级成为我区第一个乡村文创基地，还有了个诗意的名字———“蒋家牧歌”文创园。小小的村庄因“文化治水”逐渐成为柯城“五水共治”的一道景，吸引越来越多的游客前来参观游览。熊建平一行先后考察了“猪棚画廊”和“猪棚陶吧”，并与业主郑晓云和当地干部交流“猪棚艺术基地”的经营情况和“蒋家牧歌”文创园建设情况。熊建平指出，乡村旅游景点的设计和建设，要保持乡村特有的乡野风味，同时要把石梁溪片区各景点串联起来，形成规模效应，推动柯城乡村休闲旅游的发展。</p>
