<p align="justify"> 根据《浙江省人民政府办公厅转发省人口计生委省财政厅关于计划生育家庭特别扶助制度实施意见的通知》（浙政办发〔2008〕47号）和浙人口计生委〔2011〕72号文件精神，经本人申请、村民委员会审议，乡镇(街道）初审，区卫生和计划生育局复审,下列对象（名单附后）符合计划生育家庭特别扶助制度的扶助条件。</p>
<p align="justify"> 计划生育家庭特别扶助制度扶助对象是指：柯城区户籍人口中独生子女死亡或伤病残后未再生育或收养子女家庭的夫妻，且同时符合以下条件：</p>
<p align="justify"> 1、1933年1月1日以后出生；</p>
<p align="justify"> 2、女方年满49周岁；</p>
<p align="justify"> 3、只生育一个子女或合法收养一个子女；</p>
<p align="justify"> 4、现无存活子女或独生子女被依法鉴定为残疾（伤病残达到三级以上）。</p>
<p align="justify"> 为保证审核质量，广泛接受社会监督，现将初审、复审符合计划生育家庭特别扶助条件的对象予以公示，如有异议，请自公示之日起十日内向公示机关提出。</p>
<p align="justify"> 公示时间：2016年5月10日至2016年5月19日。</p>
