<p align="justify"> 根据《浙江省人民政府关于农村部分计划生育家庭奖励扶助制度的实施意见》（浙政发 〔2006〕5号）和浙人口计生委[2011]68号文件精神，农村部分计划生育家庭奖励扶助对象应同时符合以下条件：</p>
<p align="justify"> 1、本人为本省农业户口或界定为农村居民户口；</p>
<p align="justify"> 2、1973至2001年期间没有违反计划生育法规、规章或政策规定生育；</p>
<p align="justify"> 3、现存一个子女或子女死亡现无子女；</p>
<p align="justify"> 4、在1933年1月1日以后出生，年满60周岁。</p>
<p align="justify"> 经本人申请、村民委员会审议，乡镇（街道）初审，区卫生和计划生育局复审,下列对象（名单附后）符合农村部分计划生育家庭奖励扶助条件。为保证审核质量，广泛接受社会监督，现将初审、复审符合农村部分计划生育家庭奖励扶助条件的对象予以公示，如有异议，请自公示之日起十日内向公示机关提出。</p>
