<p align="justify"> 日前，中国能源建设集团有限公司党委常委、中国电力工程顾问集团有限公司执行董事、总经理、党委书记吴春利一行到我区考察柯城风电场项目相关情况。区领导徐利水、叶征宇、徐小平参加考察。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，中国电力工程顾问集团有限公司（简称“中电工程”）是中国能源建设集团（股份）有限公司的全资子公司，旗下有中南电力设计院等六大区电力设计院和中国电力工程顾问集团投资有限公司等10家全资子企业。2015年4月，中电工程投资有限公司与中南电力设计院相关人员来到我区实地考察后，就柯城风电场项目达成了投资意向。同年5月，区政府主要领导带队赴北京中电工程投资有限公司考察，并签订了风力发电项目开发协议。去年年底，该项目获省发改委项目核准批复。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据介绍，中电工程柯城风电场项目位于石梁镇、七里乡及九华乡的部分山脉，预计项目装机容量100MW左右，计划安装单机容量2MW风力发电机组50台，配套建设升压站及相关生产生活设施、道路等，总投资预计约10.4亿元。项目力争于今年第三季度开始进场道路施工，计划明年6月首台风机并网发电。</p>
<p align="justify"> 当天，中电工程考察人员来到石梁镇大俱源气象雷达站，实地考察了解项目选址、风资源等情况，并与区领导及相关部门人员座谈，围绕项目推进需要协调的问题进行深入交流。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上，区长徐利水表示，区政府有关部门（单位）将做好相关工作的协调配合，希望中电工程再加把劲，加快项目进度，推进柯城风电项目建设。吴春利表示，公司将加大推进力度，争取项目进度在原定计划上再提前，同时，在项目建设过程中注意做好环境保护和安全生产工作，给柯城景区增添风景线。</p>
