<p align="center">以更大决心更大力度 推进柑橘产业转型发展</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，市委书记陈新来我区专题调研柑橘产业转型发展工作。他强调，推进柑橘产业转型发展是我市农业供给侧结构性改革的重要内容，各地各部门要把思想和行动统一到市委、市政府的决策部署上来，切实增强看齐意识，以更大的决心、更大的力度推进柑橘产业转型发展，不断拓宽农民增收渠道，为与全省同步高水平全面建成小康社会打下坚实基础。市领导李锋、汪惠芳，区领导祝晓农、徐利水、贵丽青等参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 陈新一行首先来到万田乡鲶鱼湾旱改水示范基地，详细了解我区淘汰“三低”橘园及改造利用情况，并对我区在柑橘冻害后实施退橘还耕，充分利用该项目区耕地资源大力发展休闲观光农业，推进三产联动的做法给予肯定。</p>
<p align="justify"> 在九华乡上铺村，村民主任江增林率先在自家橘园周边流转橘园30余亩，进行柑橘优化改种，提升柑橘品质，发展设施栽培，并利用枯枝、枯叶开展资源化利用。“今年柑橘销售情况怎样？”陈新深入橘园，详细询问柑橘销售、橘园改造等情况，对当地实施橘园流转、提升柑橘品质、打造拳头品牌的做法表示赞赏。他说，衢州好的椪柑资源不能丢，要通过嫁接等方式，提高柑橘品质，充分引导老百姓提高水果的附加值。</p>
<p align="justify"> 调研中，陈新对我区引进柑橘优新品种、淘汰“三低”橘园、橘园规模流转经营、柑橘设施栽培等柑橘产业转型升级做法给予充分肯定。陈新指出，实践证明，我们把柑橘产业转型发展作为农业供给侧结构性改革的突破口，这条路子是走对了。各地各有关部门要进一步扩大宣传、广泛发动，引导广大橘农自觉自愿加入到柑橘产业转型发展中来，让更多的橘农享受到普惠政策带来的好处。要在推动已有政策尽快落实到位的基础上，进一步研究细化政策，切实加大政策扶持力度，不断提高政策的精准度和有效性。要加大督查考核力度，用好督考这根“指挥棒”，真正做到奖罚分明，推动各项工作落到实处。</p>
