<p align="center">会议要求毫不松懈地做好“五四三”工作</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开“五水共治”“四边三化”“三改一拆”工作推进会，分析存在问题，研究部署下步工作。区委书记祝晓农出席会议并讲话，区长徐利水主持会议，区领导胡松、叶征宇、王国强、汪土祥、吴云林、范洁红参加。</p>
<p align="justify"> 今年是“五水共治”十三五规划的开局之年，也是我区“四边三化”“三改一拆”工作的整治攻坚年。会上，区委区政府下发了2016年度深入推进“三改一拆”工作方案、“四边三化”整治年行动方案和推进“五水共治”重点工作及分工抓落实安排表，进一步明确目标任务、工作举措和相关要求。根据部署，2016年，我区将重点抓好“持续提升改善水环境质量”等20项“五水共治”重点工作；围绕“256”工程，不断深化“四边三化”行动，实现全区四边区域突出环境问题得到全面改善； 扎实推进“无违建”创建工作，确保今年创成“无违建乡镇（街道）”6个。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，“五水共治”“四边三化”“三改一拆”工作相辅相成，三项工作必须有机结合、整体推进，才能事半功倍、抓出实效。要认清现状，对“五四三”工作始终保持大干快上的劲头，进一步营造氛围、宣传先进、鼓足士气，以毫不松懈的势头，高标准、严要求做好重点区域的“五四三”工作，想方设法做出亮点、造出精品。要奋起发力，扎实推进“五四三”各项工作，以翻篇归零的心态重新出发，持续深化“五水共治”“三河”治理，狠抓“四边三化”示范项目建设，再造“三改一拆”拆违氛围，做好“五四三”结合文章。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农强调，要主动担当，以优良的作风狠抓“五四三”工作。要强化政治意识，以守土有责、守土尽责的责任意识传递责任抓落实，每月进行督查汇报；要强化看齐意识，通过比学赶超抓落实，形成进位争先的工作氛围；要强化战斗意识，发挥“四干”精神，敢于克难攻坚，争取二季度全区“五四三”工作走在全市各县（市、区）前列。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上，叶征宇、汪土祥、吴云林分别总结了“五水共治”、“三改一拆”、“四边三化”工作情况，并对今年工作任务进行具体部署。</p>
