<p align="center">重拳出击推进“三改一拆”“四边三化”工作</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开“三改一拆”“四边三化”工作推进会，要求重拳出击持续推进两项重点工作。区长徐利水出席会议并讲话，副区长汪土祥、吴云林分别就“三改一拆”和“四边三化”工作提出具体要求。</p>
<p align="justify"> 根据部署，今年我区“三改一拆”工作在全面完成市委、市政府下达任务的同时，还要确保创成6个“无违建乡镇（街道），力争创成“基本无违建区”，并确保拆后土地利用率达到60%以上。同时，今年是“四边三化”整治年，我区将围绕“256”工程，深化提升“四边三化”行动，全面整治“四边”区域突出环境问题，改善沿线沿河两侧绿化景观，把水路、公路、铁路打造成环境优美的景观带。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水强调，“三改一拆”和“四边三化”是省委省政府高度重视的重点工作，也是推进乡村休闲旅游、土地开发等工作的有效抓手，全区上下要重拳出击，持续抓好这两项重点工作。一是拆违要出重拳。要重点拆除庙源溪石梁溪“两溪”、航埠石梁“两镇”、高铁高速“两高”、航道国道“两道”、石华线衢化路“两线”等重点区域可视范围内的违法建筑，整治沿线乱堆乱放和“赤膊墙”。各乡镇（街道）要排出每周拆违计划，领导现场督查，党员干部带头拆违。二是督查考核要出重拳。要加强督查通报，对各地工作进展情况每周进行排名，倒逼督促各地加快工作进度。三是宣传要出重拳。宣传部门要通过报纸、电视、微信等多种方式加大宣传力度，曝光负面典型，宣传先进典型，营造推动工作的浓厚氛围。</p>
