<p align="justify"> 日前，省政协副主席孙文友率民主监督小组来我区实地督查，指导开展省、市、县三级政协“五水共治”民主监督“万千行”活动。市领导俞流传、赵建林、王建华，区领导祝晓农、张晓峰等参加。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，“五水共治”民主监督“万千行”（即万名委员、千个小组、查访万里江河、万个村庄）活动是今年省政协“五水共治”民主监督的重要活动载体。3月22日是“世界水日”，当天省、市、县三级政协上下联动，同日启动了“五水共治”民主监督“万千行”活动。</p>
<p align="justify"> 孙文友一行先后来到石梁镇、航埠镇等地，实地走访“尚品画艺”画廊、石梁镇污水处理厂和“最美溪流”石梁溪，了解我区“五水共治”工作开展情况，并对省政协督办的G60航埠段“四边三化”整治情况进行检查。</p>
<p align="justify"> “污水处理厂日处理多少吨？”“能保证集镇污水纳入污水管网吗？”在石梁镇污水处理厂，孙文友一边听取污水处理工艺流程介绍，一边查看污水处理情况。清澈的石梁溪水潺潺流动，沿岸苍翠欲滴，空气清新甜润，原生态的风景别有一番风味。查看完污水处理厂后，孙文友一行沿着河岸绿道，循溪而上，实地了解石梁溪综合开发利用情况。近年来，我区坚持“上下同推、水岸同治、城乡统筹、干群同心”的治水理念，实行全流域整治、全流域生猪禁养、全社会动员治水，打造“文化治水”的先行样板，2015年夺得全省治水最高荣誉“大禹鼎”，“最美两溪”模式得到省委书记夏宝龙肯定，全流域生态治水红利日益凸显。</p>
<p align="justify"> 孙文友对我区近年来取得的治水成效表示赞赏，并对开展“五水共治”民主监督“万千行”活动提出要求。孙文友强调，要在工作上更务实，充分认清工作目标任务，坚持以问题为导向，围绕查清淤、研机制、找短板、督整改，深入基层，按照实际、实在、实效的要求，发现问题并针对性提建议、献良策。要在监督上更到位，各级政协要根据“万千行”活动要求加强联动，形成合力，做到敢于监督、勤于监督、善于监督，通过视察、走访、调研等多种形式，提高监督的精准性、及时性、有效性，助推党委政府中心工作的落实推进。</p>
<p align="justify"> 当天，区政协主席会议成员也分别带领各监督小组，组织市、区政协委员，沿江河、进村镇、入企业，结合“两路两侧”、“四边三化”问题点开展明察暗访，助推我区“五水共治”工作进一步补齐短板，扩大战果。</p>
