<p align="justify"> 日前，区政府咨询委召开2015年度全体委员工作会议，总结去年工作，部署今年任务，为柯城经济社会发展积极建言献策。区长徐利水出席会议并讲话。区咨询委主任郑时宏作工作报告。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上，区政府咨询委特邀委员们以自身专业角度和丰富的实践经验，针对我区“田园”产业发展、农业农村改革、社会公共服务和供给侧改革等方面提出了宝贵的意见建议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐利水在会上介绍了我区经济社会发展现状和未来一段时期全区经济社会发展计划目标，并对各位委员大力支持我区发展表示感谢。徐利水指出，在经济相对低迷的新常态下，我区经济社会发展总体平稳，但还存在工业基础薄弱等问题，下步，要抓住经济转型契机，补上工业短板，做大做强全区经济总量。希望咨询委员聚焦平台，围绕东港柯城工业园“膜”产业、航埠工业功能区“微电网”产业，开展工贸产业研究；聚焦乡村，围绕“两溪”片区，开展田园产业研究，探索发展适合乡村环境的田园产业；聚焦改革，围绕垦造水田、水利、交通、民生和社会事业供给侧改革，开展政策咨询研究。徐利水表示，区政府将高度重视咨询委工作，切实做好保障工作，更好地推动柯城经济社会发展。</p>
