<p align="center">全国两会的主要精神有哪些？美丽乡村应该怎么建设？</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，我区举办第11期柯城周末大讲堂。全国人大代表、区人大常委会副主任郑玉红传达全国两会精神，浙江大学建筑工程学院乡村人居环境研究中心主任、教授、博士生导师王竹主讲关于乡村风貌特色与规划设计的知识。区长徐利水等区领导到场聆听，区委副书记、区政协主席张晓峰主持讲座。</p>
<p align="justify"> 郑玉红为大家解读了今年全国两会政府工作报告、人大工作报告和“两院”工作报告的重点内容，介绍了两会基本情况和主要精神、中央领导同志在浙江代表团相关会议上的重要讲话精神，并分享了浙江代表团相关会议上代表们关于产业转型、“互联网+”、新能源等热点领域的讨论内容。据了解，郑玉红在今年全国两会中参与提出的议案有2件、建议9条，内容涉及婚姻法修改、中小学教育、现代农业发展等方面。</p>
<p align="justify"> 王竹介绍了乡村营建背景、当前我国乡村建设存在的一系列问题、传统乡村聚落的建造过程与空间生成、乡村营建的地域性表达策略、空间营建策略、乡村风貌研究、乡村营造实践等内容。王竹认为，任何一个乡村都应该真实地建立在一定空间形式所赖以存在的地域特征和生活状态之上，乡村的营建应该是产业形态、社会形态和空间形态的“异质同构”，当前的美丽乡村建设，应该以问题和目标为导向进行分类考虑、精准规划设计，培养出乡村营建的“在地语言”，最终呈现出整体协调统一、局部丰富多样的美丽乡村新格局。</p>
<p align="justify"> 讲座中，王竹还列举了他参与规划设计的浙江安吉景坞村、湖南韶山和贵州遵义希望小镇等区域的设计实例。新颖的规划理念、独特的设计手法让现场干部群众大开眼界。</p>
