<p align="justify"> 日前，区委召开落实党风廉政建设主体责任工作会议，结合省委巡视反馈意见整改工作，进一步明确各领域党风廉政建设的主体责任。</p>
<p align="justify"> 区委书记祝晓农在会上讲话，区委副书记、区长徐利水主持会议。区人大常委会主任胡松，区委副书记、区政协主席张晓峰和其他区委常委、副区长参加会议，并围绕省委巡视反馈意见，交流了分管领域内关键岗位、重点人员廉政风险防控方面存在的问题，提出履行党风廉政建设主体责任的思路和举措。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，党的十八大以来，中央抓党风廉政建设的力度空前，中央、省、市都相继出台了关于加强党风廉政建设的一系列管理考核办法，抓好党风廉政建设的态度越来越坚定、标准越来越严格、任务越来越繁重。特别是从省委巡视组反馈情况来看，我区党风廉政建设还有不少短板。各级党组织一定要统一思想，切实增强落实党风廉政建设主体责任的使命感和责任感，补齐短板，补上漏洞，确保主体责任落实到位。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农要求，突出重点，以项目化的理念抓好党风廉政建设主体责任落实。要列出三个方面的清单，照单抓方、看方管理，切实做到可量化、可考核、可检查。一是列出责任清单，抓好责任分解、责任考核、责任监督三个环节。二是列出制度清单，建立长效机制，实行主体责任报告制度，定期研究汇报制度，完善廉政谈话制度和纪委约谈制度。三是列出追责清单，强化责任追究，进一步完善责任追究办法，加大责任追究力度，规范责任追究程序。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农强调，要以身作则，确保党风廉政建设主体责任落到实处。各级领导干部要始终保持政治定力，练好内功，锤炼党性，锻炼能力，磨练意志，以抓铁有痕、踏石留印的劲头抓好反腐败工作。要敢于担当，不当“局外人”、“老好人”、“隐身人”，把主体责任全过程全方位履行好。要形成合力，坚持集体领导不松手、班子成员齐上手、“一把手”抓“一把手”、各级各层有抓手，做到守土有责、守土负责、守土尽责，真正把党风廉政建设主体责任落到实处。</p>
