<p align="justify"> 日前，省政协副主席陈艳华一行来我区调研生态建设、民宿经济发展工作。市领导陈新、俞流传、李锋、王建华，区领导祝晓农、徐利水、张晓峰、章雨土参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 当天上午，陈艳华一行沿庙源溪而上，来到九华乡茶铺村调研精品民宿发展情况。一下车，一幢形似“蘑菇房”的木制民宿映入眼帘。经营户王耀水相告，这幢房屋由外国团队设计建造，采用纯木制结构组装而成，内部设施一应俱全，周边还提供漂流等娱乐项目。“房子很漂亮，现在经营情况怎么样？”陈艳华向王耀水询问道。得知王耀水利用网络发展民宿经营，陈艳华点头肯定。她说，要充分利用乡贤回归和现有资源，带动周边农户发展精品民宿和乡村休闲旅游，推动民宿经济规模化发展。</p>
<p align="justify"> 下午，陈艳华一行走访了七里乡黄土岭村、七里云舍等地，实地调研景区改造提升、民宿经济发展和农家乐发展等工作。在黄土岭村，陈艳华走进农家乐经营户家中，仔细查看厨房和客房卫生，了解经营情况。 “哇！你们的厨房很规范！”走进农家乐经营户赖月春的厨房，干净整洁的环境使得陈艳华赞不绝口。区委书记祝晓农介绍，我区对农家乐经营户的厨房设施制定了一定的标准，验收合格后才可开业运营。在柯城农家乐协会和七里云舍核心广场，陈艳华仔细查看价格公示牌，认真聆听景区接待能力、制度上墙、游客服务及改造提升等情况汇报。据了解，七里乡自2005年发展农家乐以来，全乡农家乐经营户已达到114户，提供床位2840张，其中四星级户8家，三星级户66家。迄今为止，累计接待游客371万人次，实现直接营业经济收入15310万元。2014年，桃源七里成功创建国家4A级景区。</p>
<p align="justify"> 调研期间，陈艳华一行还实地查看了我区“两溪”流域综合治理、开发及利用情况。</p>
