<p align="justify"> 日前，以省人大常委会环资工委副主任谭庆华为组长的省“三改一拆”考核验收组，来我区考核验收“无违建创建先进区”和26县发展实绩“三改一拆”方面工作。区委书记祝晓农汇报我区“三改一拆”工作情况，区领导徐利水、汪土祥参加考核验收工作汇报会。</p>
<p align="justify"> 自全省“三改一拆”工作开展以来，我区坚决贯彻省市决策部署，持续推进“三改一拆”工作，取得了明显成效。截至2015年底，全区累计拆违191.7万平方米，完成“三改”332.2万平方米，专项考核连续三年位列全市第一，2013和2014年分别获评全省“三改一拆”工作先进单位和无违建县（市、区）创建先进单位。</p>
<p align="justify"> 汇报会上，谭庆华认真听取我区“三改一拆”工作情况汇报，对我区三年来在“三改一拆”工作中取得的成绩表示充分肯定。谭庆华说，柯城区始终坚决贯彻落实省委省政府关于“三改一拆”工作的决策部署，一个劲头抓到底，在创建工作上迈出了新步伐，开辟出一片新天地，特别是把“三改一拆”工作和“五水共治”、“四边三化”、文明城市创建等工作进行结合创新，成效明显。谭庆华希望我区继续积极主动推进无违建县（市、区）创建工作，争取早出成效。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农表示，柯城区将继续按照省委书记夏宝龙提出的要求，保持定力，久久为功，将无违建创建工作一抓到底，努力实现“四高两全”目标。</p>
<p align="justify"> 在随后召开的考核验收工作座谈会上，考核组与九华乡、信安街道、姜家山乡、双港街道、航埠镇、府山街道等乡镇（街道）的党代表、人大代表、政协委员和“三改一拆”一线工作人员、各乡镇（街道）负责人交流了“三改一拆”工作中存在的难点和问题。会议结束后，考核组还来到信安街道信安村实地查看违章建筑拆除情况。</p>
